Bleeker House is a modern two-storey private residence for a family of three in Aruba. The overall shape and form of the building is designed in the shape of the owner's initials "F" for Floor and "A" for Anne. By merging the two initials together to form the floor plates of the house, the lower "A" shaped floor contains the living room, dining room, open kitchen areas, guest rooms and a garage. The upper "F" shaped floor consists of the owner's master bedroom, study and family rooms and a multipurpose function space.
This modern house also have extensive outdoor areas including roof terraces featuring an outdoor stepped auditorium, an urban mini farm and a planted local Divi Divi tree; an internal courtyard garden designed to be sheltered from the wind contains an outdoor barbeque kitchen and dining areas; and a sheltered outdoor swimming pool with infinity edge looking towards the Caribbean Sea.
Reflective glass windows are used for additional privacy. During the day, the glass appears reflective, whereas during the night, it becomes transparent.

A staircase is placed from the master bedroom to the pool area, this allows the owner to easily access the pool and patio area.
